Nah, it doesn't matter really. Just found it funny how the one time I get a vacation, its the date when you announce the winners. Plus there was no internet.JoshWedin wrote:Sorry, would you like me to change it?![]()
Thanks for the tips!

MrTS's brickshelf folder has a nice solution.DARKspawn wrote:Not at allJoshWedin wrote:I hope I haven't been too harsh, but I think you can take it.![]()
Thanks for the comments, I was afraid that the lack of leg posability with the dwarfs might be an issue... I really should have put in the extra effort & figured out a solution. Cheers again, Josh
Jens, the Mumakil was incredible. Definitely the best brick-built creature in the contest. Unfortunately the rest of the battle seemed like a bit of an afterthought. The fig posing was okay but nothing like a certain Snake Knight entry a few years ago.jens wrote:Hi Josh,

Actually this was a fun one. I really liked the idea a lot and your colossus was very well made. The problem was his pose in relation to your figs. He is looking off into the distance while he swats at the figs. Also the figs are too static. Many of them appear to moving at a rather slow speed as they battle this gigantic beast.Life_Unscripted wrote:I'd like to know how far I got in your decision making process though and what I can improve upon.
The Vig Battle has the main characters just standing looking at each other. The screaming peasant is good, but the other two need some work.man at ye old well wrote:Sorry to post againbut if fig posing is what it's, for how about commenting on my 2 other favourites!
The first one was a victim of presentation. You only gave me three legible closeups. I couldn't make out much of anything in the wide angle, oddly edited photo. The three closeups look like pile of figs and I couldn't tell what was going on at all.Vladek wrote:Hi Josh,

You had a lot of good melee action going on and some figs were really well posed. I especially liked the fig leaping into the air as he stabbed a skeleton horse in the neck. But when it came down to the end, too many of figs were too static. Several Crownies are slowly walking into battle and some Skellies are doing the same thing.
