Just your average menacing black knight with a very large choppy thing.

Crazy awsome! This is fantastic, the shadow helm fits perfectly. I'm not quite sure about the feet, but hey, I can't complain with something this cool.

Cool! I like the shoulders, but not so much with the feet. I was actually expectint the Monty Python Black Knight! Now THAT would be cool!

I was too! :D

still, this is a nicely done Knight. I can see it all in gray as an animated statue come to kill intruders, or something. Very very cool.

Very nice! The only thing I would suggest is to make the breastplate black. Everything other aspect looks good.

I concur. Alas, the grey breastplate happens to be the only one I own. At some point, I'm sure I'll be making another run through BrickLink looking for more minifig bits, and I'll likely end up with breastplates in several colors.

Nice looking knight! Is he magically animated (ie does he have a wizard or spell controlling him) or is he mechanical /steam driven in nature?

Either way he looks awesome. Job well done.
