Its about time, they've been talking about this for weeks...

It looks a lot better than I had thought it would be. I may buy it, but the price is a little steep...

I am in love! :D

I'm not sure how, but I'll try to squeeze this set into the 2007 budget. It would look great with a Pirate monkey on the top, yesno?

Hmm, a bit too blocky for my liking. However, here's your chance to boost up your bley brick count. :)

While I'm impressed by the size of this thing, I personally feel that lego could probably make it look smoother with some slopes. But the bley brick count sounds really impressive and I might just get 1 for that purpose :P

This makes me wish I wanted more bley.... almost.

EDIT: Although on closer inspection, a lot of those bricks are corner bricks, which in my opinion are less useful than regular bricks. And who needs 254 railings?

I'd like to get this set.
So what is 210€ in US dollars? Probably like $250 or something?
Anyways, thats a ton of dark bley! Great for us castle builders.

I noticed on the box it says 1:300. So if we were to buy 300 of these Eiffel Tower sets and stand them on top of each other vertically, then they would reach the actual height of the Eiffel Tower!!! Amazing!!

I have never been put into a financial situation with Lego, where I have to decide what sets I'll get and which ones I won't. Every year there has been at least one or two sets that really appealed to me, but this year there's at least 10!!

Not just as tall, but life-sized. That would be a heck of a Brickfest project! :D

Nah, it'd take a lot more than 300 sets to recreate the full thing life-sized. Remember, as you grow in length, width and depth, the volume grows even larger.

If you had a 1:300 scale box, to recreate the original box, sure it'd be 300 boxes tall, but the volume would be closer to 27,000,000 boxes :) (assuming the box was solid).
