Its most likely an April Fool's Joke... but yes, it would be VERY SWEET.

I like the brown stairs, the castle accessories, the minifigs
supposedly included, and the good source of classic-greys
and brown.

Let's just hope this is more than just a joke or pipe-dream.

This appears to be one of the traditional April Fools jokes we see on Lugnet every year. Don't believe everything you see especially on April 01. Of course I was born cynical. :D

I'd like it to be real and I saw it posted on Lugnet last night, but it could very well have been April 01 in the posters country.

After a long absence, I have returned. I can't wait to start building again.

It would be really nice, but it's only a joke.

Heh. Just fell for that one on Lugnet. I really really did.

And then I posted about it in the general lego section. Within 3 clicks I found out I had been outfooled, and deleted my post.

Thats twice I get caught today.

I was initially caught. Then I realized right after I posted it here. That's why I immediately edited to put the date under my signature, so no one would think I had been caught.

Hahahahahah! My lips were twitching like our little smilie friend here! I would have thought you had learned your lesson and edited the post with a line saying about it being an April fool. It's quite a good mock up, though! Nice joke!
