Surely the Arkyham Asylum price is a typo, either way, I off to have a look for myself. - Thanks for info.

update: No, the price is indeed correct, but unfortunately for me, the item is not Available to Australian customers.

The LEGO stores I was just at had the Asylums on sale for that price as well.
