Found this on Brickshelf just now. I searched around and didn't see this anywhere yet, so please forgive me if it's already being talked about...

I have never seen that before. Has it been released anywhere?

I would imagine so, since someone's bought it and put pictures of it on Brickshelf...

Nor have I. I like it though. Looks unglued!!! I am glad TLC is not using glue on the new chess sets and stuff....
I hope it arrives here.
Thanks for posting it Morgan!

I have this set, it is NOT glued, but it also does not include instructions.
Nothing special though...

Does it actually include a horse and an oval shield? Can't tell from the pic.
Any idea on price?

That looks to be on the actual picture in the frame. The knight and skellie don't seem to carry any shields, and if there is a horse hiding somewhere in that package it's a clever one

My first post has a link to the gallery with other images;
this one shows what's presumably the entire contents of the package.

Cool stuff Morgan. I see they attach the shield by sticking the handle into a 1x1 cone. I've had experience with handles bending and eventually breaking when stuck into a 1x1 cone enough times.

Does anyone know how much this costs? If it is released on S@H I may get a few for the parts.

As a "castle"-set, it seems kinda crappy to me.
(And actually as a lego-photoframe to. Compared to any other photoframe, it's super of course :p)

I have the KK1 King Leo picture frame set and this one is certainly superior as a LEGO set. You can build independently with it, but on the downside it appears that the picture is only a insert into the background. With the King Leo picture frame you built directly on the frame as it was a cut-out baseplate.
