Mathias of Redwall

Post by Hound Knight »

Here is my Mathias minifig from the book Redwall . I used Sculpey to make the head.

He's an... otter, right? I love those guys in the book. My only complaint on this is if you could color in the nose with a color... that's it... really. I like the custom colors of the zword, as that makes it far better than the regular, single colored zword. The decal's great, and I like the hood texture that goes with it.

Oh! I forgot about the mice. Makes more sense, to, as they were usually the heroes.

You can't really see it in the pic, but the nose turned kind of brown when i baked it so I just left it.

That's pretty cool. I read those bookks. Although, I'm not really a big fan of the zword.

Cool custom!

I think (nearly) everyone here falls into one of two camps with Zwords... Hate 'em or well, dislike them intensely.

That said, making them two colour like that has me thinking they can be made useful for something!

I'm not familiar with Redwall (so I'm going to look it up now)... Would that I were confident with sculpy, I'd "borrow" a couple of your ideas from your redwall figs - They've put me in mind of the Spellsinger series by Alan Dean Foster.
My Other sig is funny. Honest.
