Mocs

Post by Derfel Cadarn »

Hi all, i havnt posted for a while. When the forums closed for a few days i decided to try out building in the pirate theme. I know this is a castle site, but some parts maybe relevent. Ive made two mocs, a ship and a port. Ive used a couple of castle style buildings i had in the making, for my port. So if anyone is interested then check out the pics of my port on my mocpages. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/106710

This turned out great I think- the MOC is huge with an incredible sense of scale, but at the sametime there's loads of little detail and minifig scenarios too.

Nice one! :)

I moved this to General LEGO. It isn't a Castle MOC and belongs in General.

I commented on it at the Cove. It is a very nice moc.

I am impressed by your MOC (even though it is not the best theme of lego ever made known as castle  ). The scale of your endeavor caught my eye at first. The stone work of the dock area is really interesting and the life/town beyond it are equally appealing. The life of all of the villagers and sailors is intricate and it made me want to look all around the MOC to see if I just might find Waldo lol (have not found him yet, but im doing pretty well in the books thus far...). Otherwise, I enjoyed your use of those large brown doors as awnings for one of your buildings. Nicely done...
