It is very well done, but my own taste would be to remove the clutter. There's too many things going on that distract from the other parts - you might want to experiment with removing the neck ornament and even the chest ornament, and placing the bull emblem on the shoulder pieces (since I take it that you want to show this is a Bull faction and presumably want the emblem somewhere).

Looks good to me, but I'd lose the Bull on the neck-flap thingy. It looks too repetitive.
