CCC IX Entry: The Mage's Cottage

Post by Peter de Yeule »

Here's my entry in tne Hermit's Hovel category. It's the small cottage of a retired mage.

Looks like a peaceful place to retire to, nice work! I like the bridge, and the two toned roof is a nice touch.

Good texturing on the house and chimney. I like the little dragon stand too. Nice job!
You would rather be building right now.

I love your MOC but what I like most about the MOC would be the details on the house. It looks so realistic!(Lego-wise) :)
Everything is awesome!

I really like the peaceful feeling of this one. The greenery is really nice, and I like the yellow and red accents on the plants. I also like the brickwork on the cottage and the roof as well, the fact that all the bricks and roof tiles aren't all perfectly squared to each other is a nice effect. Good luck in the contest!

The brickwork is very well achieved on the cottage. Great work.
