There is a lot to like about this build.
The things that stand out to me as really good are the clock, the doorways (particularly like the detail above the doorway of the smaller building) and the vine growing through the wheel of the decrepit cart. The stonework on the short building is good also.
The gables on the roof are well done too. That's a tricky thing to master, as I found out when I attempted it for the first time recently.
The one thing that bothers me is that it has a little too much life for an abandoned village. There is a dog and chickens, which to me looks like inhabitants must be around, and the owl on the bush seems out of place. (how many times have you seen an owl on a bush in between two buildings?

) Also, as previously mentioned, there are no signs of decay to the buildings, which you would expect from the condition of the cart.
A last detail would be that the horse's saddle should be filled in with a brick so he doesn't have a gap in his back.
Small complaints to an otherwise very nice build.
