LCC - Whistlebridge Pass

Darius heard about a fortified town deep in the Garheim mountains wich holds a great amount of valuables. Darius couldn't resist and made his way back into Garheim territory. After a long journey he stumbled upon the town called Whistlebridge Pass.

Hey everyone!

I've finally finished my entry for the GC4, but a bit late. So this is yet another free build. My assignement was to rebuild Ronin Dragonslayer's MOC: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/358178 in my own style. As you can see, I've gone a bit overboard with that as the only thing that remains is the layout. After the deadline passed I decided to rebuild a couple of things and add more buildings. I also didn't create a battle scene because I don't like too much figs in my MOC's.

Thanks for looking!

Definitely worth the wait! The layout of the build is tremendous and I love the bridge with its wooden supports. Superb rockwork and buildings too :)

I think this is one of my all time favorites. The arrangement of the buildings and landscape is perfect. I definitely want to see more of this style from you.
You would rather be building right now.

Possibly the coolest LCC build yet. Too bad it didn't meet the deadline for the GC4 :(

Absolutely. The snowscaping, variety of angled sections, and various details are tremendous. Maybe you should defect over to Garheim! :eyebrows:

EDIT: and congrats on being blogged by TBB! You Outlaws really knocked this one out of the park! 3 TBB featured MOCs all from GC4 - Well done! :woo:

Excellent work. The bridge is outstanding and I love the snow and rock work as well.

On TBB as well, congrats.

Spectacular build! I hope to get to this point of expertise someday!

are your rock cliffs hollow? what do you use for supports if they are? I would love tips for the tall rock wall techniques.
