Look closely at them: If you use your imagination the dragons almost could pass as winged cows...

Thank you so much Jojo. I've been using them wrong for all these years. Instead of shooting out fire, they should be shooting out milk.

Thanks,

DM

(Wouldn't regular cows be nice though?)

I agree with DM. A premolded cow would match up nicely with the standard horse. Also, there could also be Chickens, Sheep, and the like.

BUT! It would be terrible to see this as an excuse to start churning out crummy and very unnessicary premolded pieces that we simply do not need. Inanimate objects can usually be made out of the selection of bricks Lego has given us. As it stands, the only "new" pieces that would aid us are those involving animals.

I think it's ok to make premolded cow or chicken like they did for horse. You can't put premolded horse with piece mad chicken. That's a bit strange. I'm perfectionist and I don't like disturbing things in my Lego world.

I'd like to see cow, pig, sheep and chicken too. It would be a nice addition to Lego castle. We could make more peasant creations.

Hope they will make it one day...

I'm generally in favor of brick-built-beasts, but I have always agreed that a cow would be a great element. It would work across many themes--castle, town, train, western. It's odd, they've made things like the molded polar bear that only showed up in some of those arctic sets:

dinosaur elments that only showed up in a sub-theme of adventurers:

some of those star wars beasts that only get one appearance each:

but not something as generally useful as a cow.

That's cause kids won't cough up 15 bucks for a cow...but they will for a T-Rex apparently, :(

But honestly, look at it from a kid's point of view; what's more fun? A cow sitting there or a T-Rex madly devouring a townfull of helpless victims? I mean, honestly...

I just see much more play value in more 'exciting' animals like those than something as simple as a cow...

As for a chicken...I saw an awesome one on brickshelf...I actually used it...I have a pic, and I gave the person credit...here it is. A brilliant design for chickens.

Ok - not just for kids... :D That devouring town thing? oh yeah - it's fun.

However... lets go ahead and get a cow for the t-rex to eat. or to feed to the dragons. townies will like it, you know some spacer somewhere is going to put a jet pack on it, and us castle heads will love it... so come on. Let's have a cow.

Well, I´d put my money on the cow :D Don´t ask why, just a hinge

But sure, it would be nice to see TLC mould up some more animals, wild boores for noble men hunting, maybe a grizzly bear, wolves, and definetly fish...

Well, they´re both nice, but I would´nt like my minifigs to eat either of them, the first one because it´s to colourful not to be toxic i some way
the second one may be nice (and I forgot that this ninja-set-thing existed) Not the grey version though as it´s probably made out of marble :D
