custom monster traveller airship...

Post by boses »

Here is a picture of a small airship that is piloted by a pair of monsters, a darke elf named Anesh and a samurai rat named Toke...

After I constructed the monsters and their vehicle I decided that they may make for an interesting story, but no promises...

Here is a picture of the airship, which is called the Sore Tooth...

Image

And here is the prop...

Image

Here is an overhead view...

Image

here are the crew, ready for action...

Image
And last, here is a picture of the entire airship, including the airbag...

Image

Here is the folder...

Please tell me what you think...

ps: I am not sure where to post this, I think it belongs in castle mocs, beacause the figures and theme are based in a medival setting...

Yeah, and being shot down, then killed...
Nice air ship!
I really like it. But the only thing I don't really like is the top thingie (I know it has a name, but don't feel like thinking about it) I think it looks like it needs to be a little bit wider.
But all and all, I like it, and my try to make one of my own..
I'm also not too sure about those pirate flags...

And interesting design, to be sure. I think my favorite part of this is the brick (or in this case plate) built propeller. I have to agree though something about the ballon looks wierd. And the strange blue clashes with the brown. Other than that, I like it.

Same here - that prop looks really cool. Also, I think it's cool how you made a ship with a non-traditional ship design. Although I prefer the later for airships, I think this is the perfect design for a bunch of flying orcs or goblins. Basic, a little rough, and pretty solid looking. Reminds me a little of the Warcraft 2 Zepplens (without the big zepplen part :P )

I agree that the air sack could be a little larger, but I really like the one you've got there. Great use of those droid fighter wedges! Overall, it's pretty kool. I think the tube should be changed to something else, though. The rubber one you've got on there now looks a little too modern.

The airship runs off of swamp gas that is syphoned into the main furnace, a little high tech, but it's not propane either...
