New Harry Potter Pictures (Sponge Bob & Exoforce too)

Post by Athos »

Saw these over at fbtb:

Here is a link to their thread:

The Hogwarts looks pretty good. I like the mandrake (is that what those are) in the green house. A dark grey scabbers. Some gold containers/bottles too and some ribbons (are those new?). A couple of thestrals (sadly not transcolored). And the figure upstairs (Umbridge?) looks good. I just hope the pieces are printed and not stickers.

I spy a new fully armored knight in the entrance hall, and a new shield as decoration - can't really make out the emblem on it, though.

These new pictures look pretty cool. I missed out on the first go-round, but these new ones look great. I might end up getting some/all of them.

Whoa, two new hairpieces. Or does Hermionie have the same new hair as the Castle 2007 Princess?

Either way it rocks.

EDIT:

Luke has girly hair!

Some of this stuff looks great. I'm really liking that Rita Skeeter hairpiece, but not her face (well, maybe). Snape's new face looks... interesting. I like it. Hermione looks better too, but I do think she has the same hair as the princess. The gold katanas look kinda cool. Spongebob is dump simply because its Spongebob (I know many won't agree with me, so I'll just say IMO).

I'll bet you the entire 2007 Castle collection that that's actually Proffessor Dolores Jane Umbridge.

Luke had long, brown girly hair?

*looks at picture*

About Umbridge... so yeah, I didn't research. She sure is a lot younger (and less, um, toad-like) than I pictured her, and... I forgot that these weren't movie #4 sets.

I just got a chance to check out the rest of the pics and I love those new hairpieces. Very sweet.

Does anyone else think the the Mrs. Puff looks like a cross between a Mega Blok and a Weeble? Could come in useful though, I'll have to think about it.

There are two versions of the gold C3P0. The first is a metalised gold version, which there will be 10,000 of hidden in 2007 SW sets. The other is a 14k gold version, which there will be 5 of and can be won in a competition on lego.com.

14k gold minifig? Freaking awesome.

I'm gonna spend crazy amounts of money on Lego this year, it's unreal. I really hope I can find a good job to pay for it all after I get my degree this spring.

(Edit: clever censoring a certain word to "Megablocks")
