You hit it right on the money Bruce! I've turned to making trees, and other various things with them, whew! (and to think there are lots of JUST lances going for actual money on Ebay as we speek! )

Since I was, and still am, a big pirate collector, I would have to say cutlasses. I also have quite a few brown pistols, and a fair number of muskets.

Hmmmmm, ebay, interesting idea, I have tons of those just lying around. I've never really counted them though, so it would probably be a tie between lances and crossbows. I swear, the crossbows multiply and I have no idea what to do with them all

I think I got about 250 old grey short swords (I'm not actually gonna count but I have about that many men at arms) but Bruce's right, my lances probably do make that seem nothing. I actually decided (before I learned of online shopping) that I had too many lances and not enough swords so I took like 50 of 'em and filed them into something resembling a sword. I'll try to find a camera and show you all sometime.

Keep watching the custom section,
Ser Loktar

Halberds, although I find if you cut the axe head off and slip a flag over the ugly cut part it makes a much better looking lance then the official lego lances.

I also have a lot of muskets/rifles (Adventurers and Western). They are my standard musket, the flared long gun being used as a carbine, arquebus or blunderbuss.

I have at least 200 or so of the Pirate pistols (which is quite weird since I don´t think I have even 50 Pirate figs :P) so that has to be it... but when it comes to medieval weapons it´s probably spears... 60 or so I think... (no, I´m not an armybuilder ;))
