Okay... it's been a LONGGGGGG time since anyone posted in here, and wouldn't except for one thing: I was reading through it, and in spite of all the posts, I failed to learn one thing:

WHAT IS A GONG FARMER? What is the reference? If applicable, what is the joke? I didn't realize anyone was lower than a serf. Except maybe a slave. I still don't get it.

Hi Formendacil,

Welcome to Classic-Castle! :D

A gong farmer definition can be seen in the Castle Lexicon made by Kevin B., the CC How To admin.

http://www.classic-castle.com/howto/art ... conCG.html

The lexicon has descriptions of castle people and features built in Lego. Check it out.

I think I might have been better off not knowing. Not that is matters now, I'm safe from that dubious distinction. (Unless you admins change it all again.)

As far as I can tell there are between 4 and 6 different titles between 300 and 650 posts. I can't remember all the titles, but I have passed them all on my way to here. I never gave all that much thought to titles, and usually I just post when I have the time. I must have had a lot of time. :D

Will

Edited because it used to say I could remember the titles, but I couldn't, it was just a typo. :D

A peasent has more privileges than a villein, who is just a wee bit higher than a slave in priviliges.

Oh. I always thought "peasant" was just a general term for "citizen" and you had Bordars=slaves, Cottars=poor peasants, Villein=rich(for a peasant)peasant.
