To save myself an agonizing decision which would take days to make, lets just say if I had to pick one it would be a three-way tie of the first "town" Fire station minifigs, the first Yellow castle blue "leader" fig and and any of the "Lions" figures except KKII.

The fireman figs were the first minifigs I had and they laid the ground work for future Space and Castle. The Blue leader fig helped me envision some of the characters in LOTR books. Lions (King's Castle) helped bring me back from my dark-ages and have a special place in my lego-world.

The notion of an all-time favorite figure is intriguing and I will have to devote some time to it and possibly decide once and for all.

I actually like the new rangers in the 07 castle chess (the bishops). I've tweaked them, but they are my fav. If Lego really wanted to make me happy, they would have a dark blue cape with white on the underside. Then shiny armour over a dark blue fig. Top off with a white plume, and I'm good to go. (they'd be sort of paladins)

Hmmmm - any minifig?

A tosser between the Stormtrooper and the Snowtrooper. :?

For castle - likely the "Undead - Crown Princess" from the new castle line. The new hair is very cool as are the colours.

Mind you, the white legged female pirate is nice as well.

My daughter has had me expanding our female minifig collection so I have become fond of them in their rarity.

I'm going to have to go with Majisto.

The first time I saw this minifig, I just thought the hat and beard were so cool. My own Majisto has a scroll and a GID wand which makes him even better (and were officially his IIRC). I don't have a pic though.

Same thing for me! The blue knight is definitively my favourite one!

My favourite mini figure is the Royal Knights king because the Royal knights theme is one of my favourites and he is one of the first kings made by Lego.

I suppose my current favorite is the evil wizard. I like the detailed legs, the little skull on his hat, and the one red eye. But my favorite minifigure seems to change every now and then. Others have been the Dragon Master general (the guy with the cape), the Black Knight with the white plumes (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/e ... night.jpeg), and Vladek.

From my childhood, and before my dark age, among my minifigs, the blacktron mk1 from space minifigs was the best, mainly because of the black "new" helmet, and his black visor.

For now, i'll see when i'll have more sets, but it will probably be one among these: Majisto, Robin Hood, a '90 knight with euro armour and helmet/visor/feather, or even a footsoldier from the 80's, and if I'm lucky enough to get a set from the yellow-castle era, one minifig from it.

The Guardian Wizard from The Citadel of Orlan set #8780 has to be my favorite. He has an awesome torso and his beard and cape make him look very wise and powerful. And his light green transparent spear is just the icing on the cake!
