If there are nine minifigs(super cool ones by the way) that leaves 16(or 15) more little tiny sets to be included as well, I wonder what they will be?

I had the 07 Advent Calendar last year, my first one, and it was a great product. I do not collect any town but my Mom got it for me. All the little tiny 10-piece sets were terrific. I wonder what they would do for castle theme. The small sets went along with the minis, like the cop had a desk, the fireman had a burning crate and extra tools and a hydrant.

The Armor rack on the impulse set is about the right size, maybe a kitchen stove for the peasant, perhaps a throne for the jester to juggle in front of, A horse and barding would be too cool, but I doubt it, all my money say at least one Catapult. The dwarf could have some more treasure pieces and another anvil, or a mine-cart.

The new figs look really good. I am excited for this and I think it is real.

You doubt Col. Sanders? I think he'd be too chicken to supply false information... Why we'd tar and feather him...

Holy crap! I'm totally late seeing this, but I'm extremely excited for the Kitchen Wench and the Jester ... Actually, I'm happy for the witch too ... Willa certainly needs an upgrade ... and the more dwarves and small trolls the better!

Wohoo! I think Matthew Ashton is the saviour of Castle ...

I don't think those count as impulse sets... They may be BrickMaster sets or something...

I wanted to yell "FAKE" just for the pure enjoyment of yelling said word  , but I'm going to chose to believe that the set is going to be real. Really, I can't be that dissapointed considering all that Lego has given us so far with this theme. If TLG is reading this topic, then they know that it will be a sure seller. I don't think I've seen one person yet say that they wouldn't want it. Good times are ahead, and I hope the numbers go to prove it. As for a 'hint' toward a different set, well that'd be fine by me too.

My guess is the other 16 sets will build the little castle that's seen in the background of the box art.

Isn't it the Kings Castle Siege?

It is, with a few things missing.

Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out why there are no actual models... There's just a bunch of figs.

Perhaps, the sleigh in the sky will be part?

Also, this is still a preliminary set. Many things change, as we all remember, hopefully for the even better, with no loss of the Jester or woman figs (and orc, for that matter...)!!!

Yeah, it is the Kings Castle Siege in the background with a Christmas theme and I am 100% sure that the 16 mini sets will be individual and not grouped up to make a castle.

Also, the reason that there are only figs on the box is because they are not wanting to give anything else away. LEGO has done this with the last three mini-fig Advent calenders!

There's a new Batman set coming out in 2008 that will have a Harley Quinn minifig. That's why LEGO is making the jester hat. The court jester in the 2008 Advent calendar is a serendipitous use of the new hat piece.
