I guess I would enter...it would be great to win some stuff. However, my issue is that your forums require my birth date, and I'm not in the habit of giving away personal information. My other question is this; would I be able to enter my entry in this topic? If that's okay, then I would get straight on it.

If not, then...I guess I'm stumped.

Technically, you can lie about your birthday if you feel you really have to 'protect' it. Although birth dates aren't usually considered 'personal' or 'sensitive' information. Your choice. Still, no one would be the wiser if you used your father's birthday, or your brother's, or your best friend's, etc etc.

Hey, you never know. Here in England we have quite a problem with credit card fraud, and the internet provides a valuble resource. I'm not worried that you personally will take my details, but that someone else will use it somehow to defraud somebody. But, considering all this, I think I'll join up anyway.

Actually, I have been wondering why, on my computer, I keep having to use the sidebar to move the screen around on your forums. The center toolbar is quite a distance from the center of my screen, if you know what I mean; if not, I'll try to get a screenshot.

It's confusing, really.

"Modifing existing designs", and how it pertains to the LA contest -

Simple really. Take any Lego design and change it. Guess what? It's now been modified. How much, or little, you wish to modify it is up to you.

Although...I would suggest using any existing design simply as a base, while adding as much as possible from your own imagination.
For instance; using the Lego Dragon design and adding 2 full wings and changing the colors is far better than simply changing the colors.

I've also edited the original rules to limit the shield template to the LA shield only, which I will be posting later tonight. Sorry for any confusion.
