I bought two. Mine I opened the day it came in the mail. The other one my son is opening day by day. I'm hoping he won't want his peasant woman and give it to me.

I ordered three calenders. Two of them I opened the very same day, and one of them I gave to my little nephew.
Or, I gave it to my sister, so she can put it in his shoe for Sinterklaas. I hope he already got it by now. I think he will open the doors day by day :)

Got 4 in total. Never touched them until Monday. One is still in tha back of a closet. My two children and I open a door each mornong at breakfast. Believe me, this has been a greatly challenging exercise of SELF CONTROL! My daughter wants to peek ahead, probably as bad as I do...

First Advent Calender, so it is a new experience. Lot's of fun so far.

I got 2, ended up selling one.

I'll need to wait until December 2009 at the earliest, as my son is only 8 months old at the moment...

I waited :D I didn't even look to see the other threads about the calander either. This was a long time in waiting. My daughter opens the day and builds the set for me each day and its even more fun than doing it by myself.

I've got two. One is being opened day by day (and built).

The other will be opened and sorted sometime after Christmas.

I (we) waited.

My daughter 9 is opening the castle calendar and my son 7 is opening the town calendar.

I only realised recently that the advent calendar and the new castle town set equal King Leos Castle with two female mini figures this is the main appeal for my daughter.

I only purchased two one to open and one for misb collection. I thought their would be some left over after Christmas to pick up discounted.

Of course not! If I've got Lego in front of me I'll be throwing it together in seconds unless someone restrains me. I got two advent calendars (thanks again Ben) and opened them on the spot.
