Try
sun tei daedalou ophelesei. The 'ei' combination in 'tei' should be an eta with an iota subscript, the 'o' and second 'e' in 'ophelesei' should be an omega and eta respectively. At least, I'm assuming that what you want to say is 'with the aid of Daedelus.'
As for transliterating directly from English into Greek, that's a little trickier since there really isn't an 'f' or 'w' sound in Attic Greek. (I'm assuming that you'd want Attic and not modern if you're looking at the story of Theseus.) One can get around that with a 'phi' and 'digamma' to some degree, so I'd try: digamma, iota, theta...theta, epsilon...epsilon (rough breathing to make the 'h' sound), lamda, pi...omicron, phi...delta, alpha, epsilon, delta, alpha, lambda, upsilon, sigma.
I suspect that's way more work or detail than you had intended or for which you had hoped.
