Classic Castle Roleplay Rules

1. General

~~~ 1a. Please read the all of the character's descriptions, archives, recaps, and the current roleplay thread before posting.
~~~ 1b. You can 'join forces' with other characters and they may accompany you on your journey. This is where autoing will used often.

~~~ 1c. Be realistic. A character on foot will travel a lot less than a character on horseback. Likewise, a single character cannot fight off a hundred soldiers and come away with nary a scratch.
2. Autoing
~~~ 2a. Members may auto other members characters to an extent. The class of character determines the amount of autoing allowed.
Main Characters: talking, fighting, moving and receiving minor wounds is allowed.
Secondary Characters: talking, fighting, moving and receiving major wounds (including loss of limbs, speech or eyesight) is allowed.
Minor Characters: talking, fighting, moving, and receiving major wounding and/or being killed is allowed.

~~~ 2b. If you are going to 'auto' a character you don't know much about, Private Message the owner the that character and ask if its okay.
~~~ 3b. Though anyone may auto anyone else's character, the creator of the character has the right to request the editing or deletion of a post if he/she feels his/her character have been missused and autoed inapropiately.

~~~ 4b. No member can demand that no one auto his/her characters.
3. Characters
~~~ 3a. No character is invincible! In addition to that, no character is god-like in powers. If the Gaming Admin and Gaming Moderators feel a member is misusing their character (i.e., to beat up another person's character for no reason), the Gaming Admins and/or Moderators have the right and power to edit and delete that post without the consent of the author.

~~~ 3b. People CAN NOT be raised from the dead. This includes zombies and resurrected heroes. Ghosts and spirits are allowed. Undead skeletons are a special matter. They can only be created by a wizard or other magical person, and they can not have personalities. There is no limit on how many can be in a group, but since they are only a bunch of dry bones undead skeletons can be destroyed easily.
~~~ 3c. Your character(s) must be present in all of your posts and play a major role too. Please do not post just to 'auto' someone else's character unless the creator of that character gives thier permission.

~~~ 3d. No characters may 'share names' or have names that are spelled or pronounced similarly.
~~~ 3e. Each member can have up to five different Main Characters, ten Secondary Characters and an endless amount of Minor Characters. Dead characters become Non-Player Characters (NPCs) and therefore do not contribute to a member's character amount.

~~~ 3f. Non-Player Characters can be registered by any member, but do not add to any member's character amount. NPCs can be autoed by anyone at anytime, even if none of that member's characters are present. NPCs go into their own page and have the same features as a Minor character.
~~~ 3g. Moderator Non-Player Characters can be autoed by anyone at anytime, even if none of that member's characters are present, but only moderaters and the Gaming Admin may auto the MNPC for political issues. NPCs go into their own page and have the same features as a Minor character.

The Gaming Admin and Gaming Mods reserves the right to delete any addition to the CCRP as they see fit.

Nathan Wells, Nikos Dametreos, Michael Joosten and Micah Berger reserve the right to modify these rules at any time without prior notice.
