I like the way you've to integrate a Germain looking flay/symbol in the cape.

A minor remark:
I would bent the flag a few times so that it looks a bit more natural.
A real flag will never be that flat.

This is gonna be something huge.

Very nice custom.
It also reminds me of Elrond because of the face decal.
I think that is because of the eyes and hair.
I do like the face a lot. It works perfect for this fig.
