Baatezu
Baatezu are the lawful evil fiendish natives of the Nine Hells of Baator. This particular one is summoned to defend Drow city Ched Nasad from girl-paladin invaders. We can see its familiar qauzit Wingnut (small one with deer horns).
Its head-shaped shield is somehow strange to us, but it is common fashion for the demons of the Underdark.
It also does not like being asked a question, because it never lies, being lawful evil creature.

Ever the mechanically minded the dwarves constantly are upgrading their great crossbows. Capable of loosing bolts nearly the height of a dwarf three hundred yards and still skewering half dozen enemies these weapons are feared throughout the realm. In the hands of a trained professional dwarven artilleryman these weapons can change the course of any battle.

General Fangguard
Here is one of my Entries for the Colossal Castle contest 8's Custom Fantasy Minifigure category, it was lots of fun to make. Customized features include:
A Custom painted LEGO Wolf Head
A Custom cut, glued, and painted LEGO Sword
A Brickforge shield customized with LEGO teeth, string, and custom Fur coverings.
A Custom cut, and painted Fur Cape
and last of all, custom painted LEGO Breastplate, and BF Vambraces.
This character may have a a role in my future Castle Brickfilm as the Evil Sorcerer's Military commander.

Grimsword
A Phantom Knight with a glowing spirit head beneath his ebony Helm. With only a form of a body Grimsword fights without any fear leaving only dread upon his foes as they see the fangs of his serpent garb before they breath their last. Decals were self created. Upper arms and legs where dyed plastic for his chain mail beneath his armor.

Now he is a wanderer, fighting enemies where ever he goes. Gyles wears heavy armor. Thick hide covers his shield, cloak, and boots. Gyles weilds the great, two headed axe, Turm.

Troll Warrior

Violette Étoile
Little Violette, flutters around, from plant to plant, helping the buds bloom in the morning sun. She can often be found whispering in the ears of knights in battle, hoping she will talk them out of fighting. Battles sadden little Violette, they trample her lovely flowers and leave such a horrible bloody mess. She just had her dress custom sewn along with her pretty hair accoutrement to match her name.
