[Colossal Castle Contest XVIII] Gargoyle King Equilithrias Mons the Very First
Nobody really knows how this Gargoyle Rock Centaur Demi-Demon God King came into existence. The legend says he rose from the lava fields at the battle of Ayran after the final vulcanic eruption had swallowed man and horse, flesh and stone, angels and demons alike. A gentle giant on four hooves with a body weight of three and a half tons. While Gargoyle beauty ideals dictate that female Gargoyles need to scrape away their moss as they are obsessed with looking younger than 800 years old, some dark green patches are regarded as a status symbol, i.e. age symbol, among males.

Aarash the Ardent
Aarash is the Emir of Batuhan and its surrounding area in the north of Kaliphlin.
Aarash’s father, Ahesh, was a veteran of the Battle of the Wither Woods. During the battle, Ahesh was saved when the Luck Dragon appeared and prevented him from being run through by an enemy’s sword. After the battle was over, Ahesh used his soldier’s payment to invest in his land, spending much of it locally, rather than to the constant stream of merchants that traveled from Eastgate.
Over the years, Batuhan grew prosperous. Ahesh married Maleeha and had a son, Aarash. Ahesh became the Emir of Batuhan and used its position on the trade route to expand and develop the settlement.
Over those same years, the influence and protection of Eastgate diminished. Batuhan was left to defend itself and the trade route itself. Ahesh took on this challenge and created the Guard of Batuhan. A dragon was chosen to adorned the shields in honor of the dragon that changed Ahesh’s fortune. Aarash grew into a young man and a capable captain.
Aarash superseded Ahesh after a skirmish in the Wither Woods left him mortally wounded. His first act as Emir was to establish a quarry in the Sakhib Foothills and began building a fortified wall north of the city, between it and the Wither Woods.
Batuhan continues to grow in population and strength under the rule of Aarash. This success has not gone unnoticed by the Desert King, but for the moment their interests align and Aarash has governed unimpeded.

He travels the countryside, selling all manner of creatures for reasonable prices or in exchange for lodging. (And yes, he carries that pack all by himself!) He specializes in mammals, birds, and reptiles (including dragons!). Can you find all 27 of his pets?

Mag the Merciless
The Barbarian Tribes of the North have been at war with each other for centuries.. Squabbling over territory and resources have long been a part of the tribal life.. However, The Men with Iron Shirts, as the tribes call them, have begun to sack villages along the borders of the territory in recent years.. This prompted the tribes to band together to fight the common enemy.. The only way to do this way to pick a Chief from among them to lead the forces into battle.. Mag the Merciless was the obvious choice.. Not only is he the strongest and fiercest fighter in all of the tribes, he is also the most intelligent and most vicious.. He will stop at nothing to defeat his enemy and show anyone who would think to oppose him what their fate will be..

Orc Warrior
A custom figure inspired by Munchkin, a card game about dungeon adventure. If you haven't played it yet, then give it a try, it is fun!
Go down in the dungeon. Kill everything you meet. Backstab your friends and steal their stuff. Grab the treasure and run.
This orc warrior means business when it is about fighting and he is dressed accordingly:
- Boots of Butt-Kicking: +2 Bonus, Footgear
- Vorpal Blade: +3 Bonus, 1 Hand. An extra +10 against anything that starts with the letter J. Don't ask why. Don't ask what Vorpal means, either.
- Sledgehammer of Smackdown: +5 Bonus, 2 Hands, Big
- He can use both a one-handed and a two-handed weapon because he is wearing the Arm-y Helmet: no Bonus. You have one extra Hand.
